    PARENTS' TO-DO LIST:

    1. After School Transportation Form (K-5th Grade)

This will help the teacher know how your student will get home after school on a daily basis.  Please click on the link to complete the form:  After School Transportation Form

    2.  Bus Transportation

If your student needs bus transportation, a bus application must be completed. The application can be found at: MUSD Bus Application

    3.  Child Nutrition

For the 2022-23 school year, MUSD is proud to be able to offer FREE meals to all students thanks to California becoming the first state to implement statewide Universal Meals Program for all school children. School breakfast and lunch are more important than ever in these uncertain times.  School meals provide nourishment that allows students to excel in the classroom and lead happy, healthy lives. They also help families stretch their food budget. Even as our district continues to provide free meals to all students, we still ask for all families to submit school meals applications. These applications are used for more than determining eligibility for free and reduced-price meals. This includes other benefits such as: Pandemic EBT (P-EBT) to help purchase food at home and waiving test and transportation fees. The school meal application also helps the district and your child’s school receive much needed education funding.

The online application can be found at:

    Lunch Application - English

    Lunch Application - Spanish

If you need any assistance with completing the application, please contact the Child Nutrition Dept. at 805-378-6300 Ext. 1420.

    4. MUSD Q ParentConnection Annual Update

Parents must complete all annual updates online through Q ParentConnection prior to the start of the school year. Any changes to contacts must be updated throughout the year as needed.
